In spring 2025, BodeEV Install & Service Inc. prepared to enter the market with a bold ambition: to raise the standard for electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure installation and maintenance across the Americas. Under the leadership of Brendan O’Donnell—a seasoned EV innovator with more than 15 years of industry experience—BodeEV set out to address some of the sector’s most persistent challenges: delayed deployments, unresponsive service, and a growing number of broken or neglected chargers.

To make a strong entrance, BodeEV needed a launch that would capture attention, build credibility, and lay the foundation for a brand that stood apart. With that in mind, the company turned to TRIA to craft and deliver a high-impact pre-launch campaign that would bring its vision, personality, and challenger mindset to life.

To build momentum ahead of the formal launch, TRIA partnered with BodeEV to produce BodeEV-Palooza—a high-energy event in Las Vegas that combined entertainment, industry networking, and a bold debut of the brand. The event served as a dynamic platform to connect with prospective customers and stakeholders while showcasing the company’s unique approach to EV infrastructure. TRIA led the event strategy, production, and promotion, ensuring alignment with BodeEV’s emerging brand identity.

In parallel, TRIA worked closely with the BodeEV team to shape a clear and cohesive communications strategy. This included developing foundational messaging that emphasized the company’s promise of fast, cost-efficient, and long-lasting service; crafting a brand voice that reflected its disruptive, solutions-driven ethos; and applying this messaging across a new website, sales materials, and other branded assets. TRIA also helped establish a scalable framework to guide future marketing and outreach efforts.
