In 2022, TRIA was hired by Fengate to design, produce, and curate its corporate retreat, held offsite in beautiful Collingwood, Ontario.

The central purpose of the multi-day retreat was to launch Fengate’s Vision 2027 Strategic Plan, bringing together all the members of Fengate’s team in one shared mission, one shared purpose, and one shared vision of the future.

Our team curated every aspect of the event, from designing the event theme and creative, to building the sleek event microsite and post-event materials, to designing creative options that were both visually impactful and engaging.

All the retreat’s sessions provided Fengate staff with the opportunity to plan for Fengate’s future and define the “why” of what the organization does, and of what it wants to achieve over the coming five years. Author and telecom executive Jim Reid was the event keynote, speaking to his recently published book, “Leading to Greatness”.

In between work sessions, TRIA designed an interactive, creative break with themed table games that reflected both the purpose and the theme of the retreat. The games were a huge success, giving everyone a chance to unplug, have fun, and interact with one another in an informal and innovative way that brought to life the retreat’s key messages.

To celebrate, TRIA brought Canadian rock band the Arkells to the retreat, topping off Fengate staff’s time together with an unforgettable marquee event. With our unfailing eye for detail and close understanding of what our client wanted to achieve, we delivered an event that was both seamless in execution and unique in its kind.
