For over a decade TRIA has produced the Leadership in Environmental Advancement Program (LEAP) Conference and Awards for the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP). The purpose of these events is to honour the outstanding sustainability achievements and leadership of management teams and tenants in the HOOPP portfolio. The events bring together HOOPP’s business partners, sustainability leaders and senior management to provide a foundation for partnerships focused on sustainability and to share experiences, challenge and best practices. TRIA is responsible for all pieces related to producing the events including strategy, theme and creative development, design, social and digital media strategy, media relations, communications and event and registration websites; as well as all applicable aspects related to production of the event which include venue and vendor liaison, asset tours, private dinners, AV, content creation, food and beverage and execution for day of. These events are usually held each year in a different Canadian city and have gained global attention and were honoured with a CLEAN50 award in 2015. The Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) is a multi-employer contributory defined benefit plan for Ontario’s hospital and community-based healthcare sector with over 610 participating employers and more than 400,000 healthcare workers, and net assets of over $114 billion.
