For more than a decade, TRIA has worked with the Real Estate division of the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) to produce the LEAP Conference & Awards, Canada’s only investor-led sustainability-focused event that recognizes environmental leadership and celebrates the achievements of property management teams, tenants, and industry partners across the HOOPP real estate portfolio.

As the strategic lead and producer of LEAP, TRIA is responsible for the end-to-end development and execution of the conference and awards program. This includes event strategy, theme and creative development, branding and design, communications planning, social and digital media strategy, media relations, content creation, sponsorship and stakeholder engagement, registration management, and event website development. TRIA also oversees all production elements, including venue and vendor management, audiovisual production, attendee experiences, executive and VIP programming, private networking events, food and beverage, logistics, and onsite execution.

Through thoughtfully curated programming, the conference explores emerging trends, innovative technologies, industry best practices, and collaborative approaches to environmental stewardship, helping participants identify new opportunities to improve sustainability performance across their organizations.
